Are Tokyo’s Olympic stadium plans too big & too expensive?

There are continuing calls to scrap plans for Japan's 2020 Olympic Games stadium.The venue will be the centrepiece of the Tokyo Games, and has been designed by British architect Zaha Hadid.But the size and cost of the Japanese stadium are the subject of intense debate, as Rupert Wingfield-Hayes explains.
